Delivery for metro areas
We aim to provide fast delivery every time by utilising our multiple distribution centers across the county. Our trucks have designated suburbs on designated days.
We arrange delivery to your site within 3-10 business days. Our specialised Perf & glass delivery trucks operate within 100km of the following areas, South East Queensland, Newcastle, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
All orders must be paid in full including any additional delivery charges before goods are dispatched. Flat rate delivery fee of $130 if you are within the metro zones. Please contact us to check if you're within the zone. Professional Delivery Driver & Jockey will unload your goods and accessories to the safest closest point.

DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If the site is unattended, the driver and jockey will safely unload goods to the closest safest point to your site as possible. Outdoor Installs will not accept any claims for damage to the product once unloaded or claims for shortage, loss or damage of part or all of the delivery. No responsibility will be taken for relocating the goods. The Proof of Delivery will be signed by the driver and a photograph taken of the unloaded goods. Where delivery is attempted but not completed for any reason, additional delivery charge will apply that is equal to or greater than the original delivery charge.
Suppling a clear path for unloading of goods shall be the customer’s responsibility.
Outdoor Installs will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the unloading of goods by the customer or anyone on their behalf. Where goods are delivered to a particular site, the goods will be entirely at the customer’s risk once delivered. If the site is unattended, goods will be unloaded on the site or if the site is not accessible as close to the site as safe and practicable.
The delivery docket / manifest signed by the cartage contractor, or the Outdoor Installs team shall be conclusive evidence and deemed as proof goods were delivered in full.
Outdoor Installs, if requested to enter a property, accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by Outdoor Installs or its employees or agents to the property and goods lying on that property. It is advisable to store all goods neatly clear of the ground, protected with waterproof covers. If the product becomes wet or exposed to direct sun whilst packaged, then separate, wipe and stack in a dry, covered place.
