Delivery & Pickup Info

1. 'Click & Collect' - allow *1 to 5 Business Days.

2. 'Direct Delivery' in our 'Direct Delivery Zone' - allow *3 to 15 Business Days.

3. 'Pack for Collection by Transport Company' - allow *3 to 15 Business Days.

* Business Hours and Days are - Monday to Friday - 8am to 2:30pm (AEST & Excluding Holidays).

If you are in our 'DIRECT DELIVERY ZONE', most orders will be delivered to your door for ONLY $130! OR You can collect directly from one of the 9 x Aus-wide 'Click & Collect' trade only Warehouses.

**The pickup warehouse in a particular city location in some cases, may be determined by product type and stock availability with the warehouse, so please contact us before placing orders if unable to checkout.

1. 'Click & Collect -PICK UP 'DIRECTLY FROM THE WAREHOUSE' OPTION:

We utilise multipool wholesale warehouses across Australia. If you intend to pick up your order, please understand our processing method:

  • 1. Order received - we receive your order and double check for anything that looks out of place or missing.
  • 2. Order processing - we send your order off to the relevant warehouse to confirm availability.
  • 3. Order approval - we double check and approve the warehouse order. 
  • 4. Order confirmation - we email the address of the relevant warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, along with "order reference number" for you to quote to the office on arrival at the warehouse. 
  • 5. Order collection - please allow plenty of time (15 min to 30min) as orders are not pre-packed and are picked from the warehouse at the time of collection. (Please note: Time to collect depends on how many customers are in line waiting to collect and things always get VERY busy in the 3 months leading up to Christmas!) 

ORDER PROCESSING IMPORTANT NOTE: Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri, 8 to 2:30) for us to process your order and email you a 'Pick-Up (or Delivery) Confirmation Message'.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The warehouses are non-retail 'Click & Collect' warehouses. Orders will need to be placed and paid for via our website prior to receiving collection reference code and location for pickup. 
  • The pickup warehouse (in a particular city location) in some cases will be determined by product type and stock availability, so any orders unable to be process at checkout please contact us prior.
  • Pickup is MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY - 7.30am till 2.30pm. (Warehouse closes at 3pm sharp).

2. 'DIRECT DELIVERY ZONE' OPTION for $130 covers most of the below suburbs within 30km where warehouse is located.

  • 1. Order received - we receive your order and double check for anything that looks out of place or missing.
  • 2. Order processing - we send your order off to the relevant warehouse to confirm availability & delivery schedule, in some cases transfers will need to be arranged extending delivery times.
  • 3. Order delivery dates - we will make contact via email advising on delivery date, delivery trucks are zoned so we may not be able to provide exact timing of delivery.

3. 'Pack for Collection by Transport Company "Outside direct delivery.

If you are outside of our 'direct delivery zone' we can assist in arrange goods to be placed on a skid or palletized for transport with additional cost/fees applicable.

If arranging own transport for collection, please ensure transport company is adequate in handling & transporting goods.

We also offer transport quotes for direct delivery via a third-party transport company most of the time Toll Global, or the option to collect your order from one of the freight depos closest to your location.

Note: Once product has been dispatched from the wholesale warehouse, we are unable to provide any returns or refunds due to third party handling.
