• Top mount installation – no need for core drill or base plated spigots.
• 1x M12 fixing nuts included (M12 lag screw or threaded rod sold separately).
• Slotted fixing hole allows for easy positioning of fixings.
  
• Earthing terminal included.
• Height adjustment packers and stand offs available – ideal where tile coping protrudes past slab edge.
• Friction screws for clamping plate situated on inside of balcony/pool for easy install.
